This policy explains what happens to your data when you message us on WhatsApp. An automated assistant usually answers first; a member of staff can join the conversation at any moment, in the same chat.

We do not request or store document numbers, payment details or copies of IDs. Voice messages and photos you send are not processed by the assistant.
Meta Platforms — the operator of WhatsApp. Your messages pass through it; this is true of any WhatsApp conversation, regardless of us.
Anthropic PBC (USA) — the provider of the language model that composes replies. The text of your conversation is sent there, to the extent needed to answer. We state this plainly: without it, an automated reply is not possible. Anthropic does not use this data to train models.
DigitalOcean — hosting provider for the server holding the database.
No one else. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertising or marketing services.
The server and database are located in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union). Conversations and requests are kept for one year after your last message, then deleted.
You may ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to info@mototours.ge and we will reply within a reasonable time. Deleting your data does not cancel a rental already agreed.
We process this data because you contacted us with a rental enquiry and because it is necessary to prepare a rental agreement. To stop the processing, stop messaging us and ask us to delete your data.
If anything described here changes, we will update this page and the date above.
